1. Melting & Precision Feeding
Raw materials (sand, soda ash, and limestone) are melted at 1600°C in our fully automated furnaces. The molten glass is then precision-cut into equal-sized "gobs," with weight and timing digitally controlled to ensure consistency for every batch. |

2. IS Machine Forming (Individual Section)
Using state-of-the-art IS Machines, the glass gobs are blown or pressed into their final shapes. This high-speed process allows for complex designs while maintaining tight dimensional tolerances.

3. Dual-End Surface Coating
To protect the glass from micro-scratches and friction during transit, we apply a Dual-Coating System:
Hot-End Treatment: Strengthens the glass surface immediately after forming. Cold-End Treatment: Adds a protective lubricant layer to prevent scuffing and improve "scratch resistance." |

4. Controlled Annealing (Lehr Process)
Every bottle passes through an Annealing Lehr—a precision-controlled kiln that reheats and slowly cools the glass. This crucial step eliminates internal stresses, preventing spontaneous breakage and ensuring maximum structural durability.

5. Multi-Stage Quality Inspection
