Premium tinplate crown caps designed for commercial beer, cider, and carbonated beverage glass bottles with crown finishes. Crafted from high-strength, rust-resistant electrolytic tinplate, these caps feature a precise 21-corrugation design for optimal crimping stability.
Fitted with a food-grade, odor-free plastic liner, this closure provides a flawless airtight seal capable of withstanding high carbonation pressures, completely locks in freshness, and prevents gas leakage throughout its shelf life.
A variant with PE (Polyethylene) liner is also available for buyers seeking non-PVC alternatives. PE liners are formulated to meet stringent FDA and EU food contact standards.
We offer full customization including color printing, embossing, and logo branding, making these caps ideal for breweries and beverage brands seeking distinctive shelf presence.

Ensure your bottling line's capping chuck (crimper) is properly maintained and calibrated. For a standard 26mm crown cap, the post-crimping outer diameter should be adjusted to 28.6mm to 28.75mm. Over-crimping can fracture the glass bottle mouth, while under-crimping will cause carbonation loss (CO2 leakage) and beverage spoilage.
Although our tinplate caps are coated with professional anti-rust lacquers, the raw steel core remains sensitive to high humidity. Bulk cartons must be stored in a dry, ventilated warehouse (humidity below 60%, temperature below 30°C / 86°F). Avoid storing cartons directly on wet concrete floors; always utilize wooden or plastic pallets.
Our standard crown caps and food-grade plastic liners are designed to withstand standard brewery pasteurization processes (up to 65°C to 75°C / 149°F to 167°F for 20-30 minutes). If your filling line requires high-temperature autoclaving above 100°C / 212°F, please inform us in advance so we can apply specialized high-temperature-resistant lacquers and polymers.
