Installing the wire hood also requires specialized wire-hooding equipment. Please verify that your bottling line is equipped with the necessary machinery or confirm equipment capabilities with your contract manufacturer prior to procurement.
Size Matching: Champagne corks are cylindrical before insertion; upon insertion, they are compressed to approximately 18mm, eventually forming the characteristic mushroom shape. Please ensure your bottle neck dimensions match standard Champagne specifications (typically the 29mm crown cap size used during the sparkling wine production phase). We strongly recommend submitting actual bottle samples for compatibility testing prior to mass production.
