The precision of the fit between the aluminum capsule and the bottle mouth directly impacts application performance and sealing integrity. We strongly recommend sending actual bottle samples prior to mass production so we can precisely match diameters and heights, ensuring a snug fit around the bottle neck and the top of the cork. Since neck taper, outer diameter, and cork height can vary between bottle types, sample testing is the most reliable method of verification.

Aluminum capsules should be stored in a cool, dry environment, ideally within the temperature range of 14-35°C (58-95°F). Please avoid the following:

• Avoid direct sunlight: UV exposure may cause the capsules to shrink.
• Keep away from heat sources: Proximity to heat sources (such as radiators) can cause the capsules to shrink or deform.
• Avoid humid environments: High humidity may lead to condensation, affecting shrinkage performance during application.
• Avoid laying flat or crushing: Capsules should be kept upright during transport and storage to prevent dents or deformation, which could interfere with the automatic capsule applicator's pick-and-place process.

This product is designed for use with automatic capsule applicators/sealers. During application, we recommend a heat-shrink temperature of 80-125°C (180-260°F) and ensuring that hot air or steam circulates evenly around the bottle mouth to achieve an optimal fit. The bottle mouth should be dry prior to application; residual sugar or liquid can compromise the uniformity of the shrinkage.
