Our standard aluminum caps and food-grade plastic liners are suitable for hot-filling up to 85°C (185°F) and standard beverage pasteurization. If your production line utilizes high-temperature sterilization/autoclaving above 100°C (212°F), please notify our engineers in advance so we can apply high-temperature-tolerant lacquers and specialized liners.
