Important Precautions
Shrink Equipment Compatibility: This product requires heat-shrink equipment (steam or hot-air shrink tunnels) for application. Operating temperatures typically range from 100°C to 120°C. Please verify that your filling line is equipped with suitable machinery. Note: Hot-water shrinking causes PVC to harden and is not recommended.
Size Matching: Selecting the correct diameter and height is crucial for optimal shrinking results. We recommend providing actual bottle samples for testing. After shrinking, the capsule should fit snugly beneath the cap to ensure a clean break upon first opening.
Temperature Control & Production Environment: Static electricity may build up on PVC capsules during production. If this occurs, an ion fan can be used in the production area to eliminate static. Additionally, if capsules become damp, they should be air-dried in a well-ventilated area for 2-3 days before use.
Printing & Color Matching: Customization is available for spot colors and Pantone shades. Initial plate-making fees are charged separately, and minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply. Metallic finishes require an additional processing step after printing.
Eco-Friendly Alternatives: For clients with environmental requirements, upgrading to PET or OPS heat-shrink materials is an option. These are more eco-friendly, recyclable materials with superior transparency, though their shrinkage rates and costs differ. Please confirm details with our sales team.
